There has been an increase in the number of workers who resign in my company; Sunlight suppliers. This has raised so many questions on the credibility and efficiency of my personnel. This has led me to head a taskforce to determine my personnel accountability.

Below is my primary research instrument.

I am Lingyun Feng the Human Resource Manager of the Sunlight Suppliers limited kindly invite you to an organizational research that I am carrying out. These research involves everyone in this company from the management to the support staff. This I meant to mainly provide a brief but precise information about the management running the company and their impacts to the working staff either positively or negatively. The main aim is basically to improve the relationship of workers and the management. This exercise is also related to making sunlight the major suppliers, by maintaining workers thus maximizing profits. All personnel will be required to fill an eight questions questionnaire at the middle and end of the month for five months. This research involves zero risks. The subjects are mandated to provide an honest information therein, with the knowledge that their information will not be disposed to any other person apart from the Human Resource Manager.

With respect to the act of confidentiality, after the research period all the data shall be destroyed through incineration with no permanent records kept in place.
