Coordination /Technique

As we get in to the year my dancer we will work on the coordination along with technique with working on both , you can see improvement on your joints and help you reduce the stress you put in your muscle each day It also save you time and money on doctors’ visits .with improving on your coordination it you can improve on your balances boy posture and agility , it can all condition as well as tome your body muscle strength and endurance . with build technique I can give you some basic exercises in some basic ballet skills that can build on your coordination and technique.

Technique Combos

1)You will start right foot devant, Then will do four grand battement devant you will go four grand battement a la seconde. Then you will go to four grand battement derrière you will go three retire passe on relevé You will balanceThen repeat on left side.

2) You start in fifth position with right foot devant and tendu a la seconde Then place your right foot to fifth position derrière and demi plie, you will do a single Pirouette en dehors and go back to fifth position derrière you will repeat to left and repeat to right and left three times each.

Speed
