He argues that responsiveness should comply with a higher enforcing power that dictates the order of things. In business practice, the managers serve the role of the powers that dictate the organizational models and practices that need to be upheld by the employees. In response, Genesis 2:22 describes how He resolved into creating a woman, from the man's rib, to act as a companion. Mathew 14:13-21 also describes another responsive incidence, where Jesus fed five thousand men with two fish and five loaves of bread. After the disciples saw the people were hungry, Jesus made a responsive move by asking God to multiply the five loaves and two fish so that the people could have something to eat. All these are Biblical contexts under which the concept of responsiveness has been utilized within the Christianity doctrine.

Responsiveness is a key tool that can be utilized in many different fields dealing with human interaction. A key area that stands to benefit from the applicability of responsiveness is the area of business. In business, the market is ever-changing. New actors and factors influence the market, forcing the existing parties to devise adaptive strategies that enable them to cope with the prevailing market conditions. For example, responsiveness can be applied in the area of product marketing. Based on the customers' feedback on a certain product, the employees are expected to depict responsive capabilities to tackle the market challenges that the customers highlight. For instance, a poor customer reach in a physical advertisement can be responded through the strategy of online marketing.
