FEASIBILITY STUDY RECOMMENDATION BY LEA MAXWELL
FEASIBILITY STUDY OVERVIEW
• NWSL expanding Youth Programs in Africa
• Spread awareness of the sport and build upon the existing programs
• Target as many girls to allow as many of them to play and participate best they can
CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS
Office in Johannesburg and Accura- around $22,268 per year
Soccer equipment- around $10 per player
2 Fields (One in each city)- approx. $80,000-$200,000
FIRST RECOMMENDATION
Large focus on Middle, High School and College Students
Goal: To have them succeed in all endeavors but to also scout for professional players
SECOND RECOMMENDATION
Hire staff and coaches to aid in the program and to have
enough for both cities
Invite Coaches with experience or even experienced players to help in developing others to help get a great foundation for
the program
