Spirit Cruises (Vancouver Charter) has certain elements that make it more competitive and enhance its ability to secure larger market share. One of the strength is strong business model that outlines viable business processes with higher profitability. Also, there is excellent customer service characterized by well-developed feedback system. The employees of the organization are provided with employment benefits and incentives as a way of motivating them to be more productive. However, there are weaknesses such as complex organizational structure which makes unity of direction and chain of command complex. This increases the risk of duplication of duties across charters.

This would expand the customer base by increasing the customers. However, the pandemic has put a significant threat on business in that such parties have been limited due to the increased spread of the virus.
