Strength

· Ranks tenth on the logistics performance index.

· The labor market is among the most inclusive in the OECD. Due to a compressed wage distribution and extensive redistribution, less than 7% of working-age persons live with less than 50% of the median income.

· Finland has the lowest gender pay gap in the OECD, thanks to decades of gender friendly policies.

Weakness

· 4% of youth ages 15-24 are unemployed

· Finland’s employment rate has increased markedly over the past few years, because of the economic rebound, structural factors like higher education levels in younger cohorts, and policy reforms enhancing work incentives.

· Finland's population is aging rapidly by international comparison. The shrinking working-age population means that the burden of increasing pension and health care expenditures is placed on a smaller group of employed workers

· Ranked 4th on the LPI for education

· Offers multiple options that are equally advantageous for the student continuing their education

Weakness

· While the education system helps everybody to get a good education. It does not adequately address overachievers.

· Rising access to education has increased the supply of high skilled labor

· Support from international, multilateral, European and Arab donors

· Economy in the process of diversification

· Proximity to the European market and association agreement with the EU

· Tourism potential

· Natural resources (phosphates and hydrocarbons in particular)

Weakness

· Unemployment rate is 15.5%

· 9% of youth ages 15-24 are unemployed

· Tunisia ranks 105th on the logistics performance index

· Unemployment rates have been high for young labor market entrants

· Private sector has mainly created jobs in low-skilled activities

Education

Strength

· Education expenditure 7.3% of GDP

· Tunisia is also one of the first countries in North Africa and the Arab countries to engage in the field of e-Learning.

Weakness

· Ranks 94th on the Legatum prosperity index for education.

· Only 81.8% of population are literate

· shortage of educational resources

· Infrastructure weakness of many educational institutions, especially in rural areas

· Labor force participation has increased by 8.2% over the past 25 years.

· Belize ranks 95th on the Legatum prosperity index.

Weakness

· shortage of skilled labor and all types of technical personnel

· 3% of youth ages 15-24 are unemployed

Weakness

· Only a small percentage of Belizeans receive any kind of postsecondary education.

· School life expectancy primary to tertiary only 13 years

· Most of the population possess cell phones

· 5 fiber optic cables connecting Australia to the globe

· Computers are widely used

· Access to 5G

-Weaknesses

· 20% of population in Northern Territory do not have mobile connectivity

· 29% of population in Northern Territory rely on satellite broadband

· Other remote regions lacking connectivity

Not a big user of renewable energy

· Large, growing youthful population with access to cell phones

· Internet use grew 4x last 10 years

· Second slowest Mbps

· Expensive internet fees
