· Deception

The Internet can be used effectively by a small company to appear deceptively large, as the webpage on the computer screen does not distinguish between a large and a small company (Petty, 1998).

2. Offline store

· Convenience

They able to evaluate the quality of the product prior to purchase (Alba et al. 1997).

· Retailer Visibility

· The more familiar a consumer with the retailer, the less psychological distance there is between the consumer and the retailer. Things that are psychologically distant (objects, events) are those that are not present in the direct experience of reality (Liberman et al. 2007).
