I’m assisting to this activity to Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County assist as a volunteer with the COVID-19 Vaccination efforts

Location: DOH- 18255 Homestead Avenue. Perrine, FL 33157

Date:  Tuesday February 16th, 2021  and  Friday February 19th, 2021

Shift: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Duties: The volunteers will assist the with operations and activities at the vaccination sites, such as registration and check-in, data entry, greeting and routing participants, traffic flow, and other administrative tasks.

Screening: To reduce transmission of respiratory illness, DOH-Miami-Dade is currently screening all employees, clients and visitors for the following symptoms: (fever, sneezing, coughing, and/or shortness of breath). Please know you will be screened on site and turned away, if exhibiting any of these symptoms.

 Also I am going to be there tomorrow as well.
