Met basic performance levvel by describing in global terms ARC's work in community health and safety. Noted is ARC's work related to meteorology to predict potential community needs. What else does this organiztion do related to health and safety - need to be specific on content. To attain a higher performance level, need to explain ARC's work that impact health or safety in the community, as well as nursing opportunities. I look forward to updates!

Met basic performance level by only describing ARC mission of ARC not vision. More so, many words are used to describe ARC without facts. Need to clearly state what programs ARC is involved in, to include specific health actions both national and international. Keep up the hard work.

Met nonperformance for this criterion because I could not find identification/assessment of policy and legislation related to ARC;s service delivery. Please review the scoring rubric as assessments are developed/revised so all elements of a criterion are addressed. Funding sources are noted, to include contractual arrangements with the government for disaster relief. . Need to consider the following: What policy influences ARC service delivery (i.e. blood donation health requirements?). What legislation impacts ARC delivery of services to military overseas? (i.e. Geneva Convention?). To attain a higher performance level, need to identify funding sources, policy, and legislation related to ARC's service delivery. I know you can do this!

What is the number of communities/person impacted by this organization? i.e. number of blood donations provided, number of communities helped during disaster. Get to the specifics. To attain a higher performance level, need to evaluate ARC's ability to promote EO and QOL by providing data on number of communities impacted by aRC services. I look forward to the updates!
