Communication plan
1. Description
The plan in the case bases on “CHANGE” in an organization. In this case, my opportunity is to implement change within the organization’s workers. This is essential because effective communication between workers and top management is one of the crucial things that enable successful outcomes of personalized handling of customers and other staff below your rank in terms of management.
2. Goal
The purpose of this plan is to outline a program to train the employees and clients of the company for using new and useful communication tools so that the communication process can be improved. The communication process can be more effective if the team members understand how to make it worthwhile. To establish this, proper training should be done so that the employees may be familiarized with such an issue. It is evident that from the bold flash case study, there is a problem in communication in the company. Our targeted audience will be the sales department who work as a team under a particular project so they can communicate with each and the customers more effectively. This problem has lagged behind the sales within the organization. The sales department is not delivering well as expected by the managers. There has been misunderstanding within the department, whereby the team leaders are not communicating effectively with the other members. The poor communication between the department and whom they lead has interfered with the sales. Therefore, this has brought about a decrease in productivity because the members were not willing to work since some of their needs have not been met by the organization. The problem has been contributed by poor lying of information from the top-level management. This aspect has been studied and will be discussed in this paper, and also some ways to improve communication within the organization are also addressed. The targeted group knows that communication is essential between the top management and whom they lead. The only bias that may hinder me from creating rapport with the audience is poor communication.
b) What information is available about your audience?
There are various ways to acknowledge the targeted group. In this case, to get more information about the audience, I will interview some of the viewers to know about their wishes from our organization. From that, I will have information concerning the sectors that needs change to be done. The tone to be used in this case is an intimate and severe tone since the setting is formation to ensure I create emotion and feel of the message to the audience. The communication hears it is impersonal.
3. Key Message
The message here is a change to better communication in organizations. The message is compelling and memorable since it is clear and aligned to the demands and goals of the audience.
4. Supporting Points
When there is excellent communication among the members of the team, it will be easier for them to know what is to be done at a certain period, and in case there are any changes, they will know about it. This will increase efficiency among the members of the team, and they will work collaboratively towards the achievement of the set goals and objectives. In a bold flash, the members of the technical team could be trained on the right communication strategies in the mobile division. I will do more research through reading documentaries, journals, and articles concerning change and effective communication in a company. This will give facts concerning my message to convey.
5. Channel Selection
I will use tell communication style since it will help to reach all the targeted groups. I will use training courses and conferences, personal contact, and direct. These channels of communication will help in creating awareness, delivering a detailed message as a manner of having effective communication.
6. Action Request
