Findings
A considerable sense of communication procedures in the organization are conducted to ensure that the processes are accredited by the top level management.
It is seen that there are some disabilities in the development of the communication procedures in the workplace.
It can be estimated that the project based learning and focus of the communication audit report is on the communication between the employee and the top level management.
A sense of optimism is seen between the leadership of the company and the employees (Hutchison, 2016).
In order to connect with the plan in crises and emergency situations, communication plans are well defined with the roles and responsibilities (Siddiqui, 2017).

Recommendations
Internal communication strategies can be improved by incorporating tools which can be proactively used by the employees in the workplace.
Administration must be extremely helpful in sharing the key messages to their employees (Quiroga, 2018).
Leadership transition must be able to address employees from time to time for motivations in the communication processes.
Local news media for effective external communications must be recognised for best results (Hutchison, 2016).
