1. Knox lists 15 effective principles and techniques of communication. Choose 4 that you feel are the most important in your life and explain why.
· Describe the principle and cite the page it comes from.
· Discuss why it is important to you and give an example of a time you had to use this principle.
· Do the same for 3 other principles that you feel are important
2. Take the attached Conflict survey and add up your score. Discuss whether you agree with the results.

Respond to a classmate who has at least one different principle of communication and comment on the principle and add to their conversation by including a quote or additional information from Knox that adds to your classmates post. Make sure to use a page citation from Knox in the response.
