PROPOSAL 4
AmazonDeals Proposal
The E-commerce company for my proposal is AmazonDeals or www.bluehost.com/ and the company’s mission statement is “We strive to give our clients the prices that are lower, the selections which are best, and the Best convenience”. AmazonDeals which is among the top retailers across the globe will be selling both services and products or rather the company will engage in online retail shopping services. The company will be doing business using both categories of business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) commerce and hence this will affect small business owners depending on what they want from AmazonDeals. The headquarters or location for the company will be in central New Jersey because it is larger distribution center and our products can reach more than 30 million consumers who have billions of income in just a one day driving radius and this includes all the consumers the market of New York city market that is also very lucrative, in short this location is imperative towards the company’s growth since more than 43% of the country’s population can be reached in just three days. Ultimately, since the company would like to offer very low or rather no cost delivery service fee it is a tactical, sensible and logistics location to do that without incurring much loses. The company will get its sources of revenue from subscription services, e-retail sales of products, third party seller revenue and AWS activities.
Distribution will be attained through use of fulfillment warehouses whereby prime customers order their products and they are picked, packed and shipped freely using the web to warehouse sorting system and then they are also able to keep track from the company. Those clients who want to sell to AmazonDeals will need to get a selling on AmazonDeals account first then they prepare their products and ship them to AmazonDeals. In order for the company to maintain sustainability, it will employ integral strategies that involve engagement of all employees through transparency and using a structure of networked organizations. The company’s marketing strategy will be based on one marketing mix and communication which will integrate media advertising, promotion of sales and direct marketing, second is position practices and segmentation targeting which will be associated with acquiring the widest customer segment, third strategy is using the 7ps of marketing that will focus on place and product elements of the marketing mix. The competitive advantage of the company will be adaptability which is not an easy task so we will adapt through teams and establish a new narrative by redefining the organizational identity due to the current environment that is very competitive.

The strengths of the company will include having a structure of lower costs and a large number of sellers from the third party. Some of the company’s weaknesses thereby will include very low margins on businesses that are retail, opportunities will include rising the demand for goods with private labels, and some of the threats that will face the company will include a higher risk of data breaches.
