FOR MILESTONE 1

Great job,Well-organized (see my notes on headings) and points out several problems for Carrefour. Your next paper will ask you to create specific objectives to solve the problems.

Nice integration of Michael Porter!.

FOR MILE STONE 2

Syamsree, your first objective is good. But "expanding its reach as well as gathering more individuals who are familiar with its brand" is less so. What does "expanding its reach" mean? How is it measured? How do you measure brand familiarity? Selling 500 units of new products is good, but what new products?

FOR MILE STONE 3

Syamsree, first of all you did not fix the format issues that I clearly asked you to fix. They will need to be fixed in your final submission.

You need to go back to the resources provided in my early announcements and see how to do citations. Moreover, you are citing material that has no relevance to what you are writing. I have both papers, and they don't relate at all.
