2. Some general reminders and tips for formatting:

Font: “First,the entire paper should be 12 point font. Headings should not be larger than the text. To distinguish headings for sections at various levels, the AMA style uses variations in typeface - bold, italics, caps, etc., and position - flush or indented. Details for the use of fonts can be found on page 924 of the AMA Manual of Style in section 22.5. Pay special attention to section 22.5.3.”

Headings: “For the major sections of your paper (level 1 head) you should use a flush left, bold caps typeface. Level 2 subheadings should also be left flushed and use the bold typeface with both caps and lowercase letters (i.e. the first letter of major words is capitalized).”

3. Follow the VERY clear and specific Rubric for the final paper as a checklist.

Your final paper should mark your development as an expert in this content. If it helps clarify the expectation, consider as if you would be presenting this to a panel of WHO members or at the next International Health Summit. Is it worthy of attention? Remember that this is a capstone assignment that marks you as an MPH professional. Put forth the effort to demonstrate that expertise.
