Overall, the writing is clear. However, you need to make sure the information in your Appendix is also cited and so I recommend you put your References AFTER your Appendix.

 

Finally, I have a couple of comments in relation to the ideas, but I think these might related to content so these are just things for you to think. Feel free to ignore these if you feel they are not relevant: 

· One issue I have however is that I feel your industry structure and competitor analysis information seem a bit limited to historical events?

· Also, I wonder if your industry analysis should refer to some of the other forces, besides rivals and threat of new entrants; and also whether your competitor analysis should provide more details about who the main competitors to Air NZ are now and how Air NZ differs/competes with them?
