A few of suggestions: 1) I would probably focus on a singular aspect of gene editing, either those used for therapeutic goals, such as "curing" genetic diseases and illnesses, or those for enhancement, such as creating "designer babies"; 2) you'll want to focus the bulk of your efforts on the ethical analysis of the topic, so you'll want to likely combine the first three sections into a single section on genetic interventions, while writing a fuller analysis of the ethics of the topic; 3) you'll want to add a section that addresses the public policy piece (which is perhaps what you intend for the "society ethics" section - if so, I would just clarify that in that section you're addressing the policies or regulations that ought to govern gene editing.
