Redo from para 2 onwards. = the contents must be specific, tell us briefly, current writings are too general. Need to briefly mention about standardisation and adaptation at the 4Ps.

REDO SWOT = use bullet points, save words

Weaknesses = current writings are Threats, Weaknesses refer to the Crave in Singapore

 

O and T = very poor, need to extract from the STEEP.

Target market = delete rich people (you already mentioned high income). Age range to change to 26... how can be age 14 = high income? Rich???
