Remember that this is an organizational communication course. Therefore, use your book as a reference. Look at what we have covered and include what you feel is pertinent to answering the questions and developing a strong presentation.

For example, when you have to give background on what kind of organization you are looking at, are you creating a review of a domestic organization? An international organization? How do you know which one? Remember to cite!

Also, the pages are approximate. This means that if you need more space to explain your organization, then you can. If you have less and want to dedicate more time to another part, then you can.

What your Management Training Program Should Include

What is a management training: Management training is training activity that focuses on improving an individual's skills as a leader and manager. There may be an emphasis on soft skills, such as communication and empathy, which enable better team work and more progressive relationships with the people they manage.
