Audience Considerations: I think that it is important to have section buy in first, in order to ensure leadership that this proposal for E-Filing will execute smoothly. If the section won't get behind it then nothing will move forward.

Introduction

Attention Getter: Lose the filing cabinets & Stop printing documents.

Statement of Credibility: Just like the IRS, Circuit court systems, and even the DoD, E-filing is the way forward.

Relevance Statement: Every office space and administrative work environment could use more physical space and improved document reference efficiency.

Thesis Statement: Sometimes less is more. (Less filing cabinets, more efficiency)

Are you tired of printing documents all day? Just to go and jam pack them into filing cabinets that get full so quick and take up all the space within the office. Well, there is a solution for this. That solution is electronic filing, otherwise known as E-Filing.
