A journal entry is designed as an opportunity for students to synthesize what they have learned about a particular course element. In this assignment, the student is showing the ability to make distinctions between effective and ineffective ways for leaders to interact with their employees. Review this tutorial for information on creating a Blackboard journal entry. Journals are private between the student and the instructor. Specifically, the entry should address the importance of effective communication from leader to employee. What impact can ineffective communication in this area have on an organization?
