I. Introduction

A) Working remotely is increasingly becoming rampant and unavoidable. However, success can be attained if not quality communication between members is introduced and maintained.

B) Modern day technology like Monday.com is highly effective in promoting remote working uninterrupted and effective communication.

C) Monday.com is highly effective because it keeps all works organized in one visual platform that all can access, the technology can be easily coded and customized to meet team’s needs, and it integrates with other apps for instance Google Meets and Slack Instant Messages.

II. Body

1. Main point #1- keeps all works organized in one visual platform that all can access (Miljanic, & Zaric, 2020)

a. Monday.com has the ability to handle all tasks and keep them properly organized

b. Members of the team are able to meet using online video conferences conveniently and reliably.

c. Has an automate data entry thereby allowing all employees irrespective of their working location to access updated data format.

2. Main point #2 easily coded and customized to meet team’s needs (Bejinaru, & Balan, 2020)

a. Ability to easily code makes the collaborative tool easy to use and designed in a manner that would help meet organizational goals and objectives

b. It is a working system that can embrace changes the team might need in regards to communication

c. The tool is always available and this means employees have the chance to meet online at convenient time

3. Main point #3 integrates with other apps for instance Google Meets and Slack Instant Messages (Bejinaru, & Balan, 2020)

a. The team will continue using former apps but only made better by the new technology which is more effective

b. It is a system that all employees can be trained to use and get motivated to use due to high levels of convenience and clear sound

c. The app creates a lot of channels that workers can use depending with the situation they are in

III. Conclusion

B) Thesis Statement/Purpose: It is an effective technological collaborative tool that can help resolve the communication challenge facing the company.

C) Memorable Conclusion: All the company needs to do is install this quality work system and enjoy all the benefits that come with this great innovation.
