Purpose This reflection paper provides an opportunity to thoughtfully engage with Ta-Nehisi Coates' Between the World and Me and Thomas and Inkson's Cultural Intelligence while integrating key concepts from the course. Rather than summarizing the readings, this assignment invites you to reflect on what was most meaningful to you and examine how these works have influenced your thinking, assumptions, and leadership development.
By completing this assignment, you will demonstrate your ability to:
Reflect critically on your learning and personal reactions to course readings. Integrate ideas across multiple course texts and concepts. Examine how your assumptions, identity, and experiences shape your understanding of leadership and the world. Connect your learning to your future development as a helping professional and leader.
Submission: Submit your paper as a Word document via this page by the due date. Late submissions will be subject to the course's late policy (https://canvas.williamjames.edu/courses/11052/assignments/101112#transformedModal0Content) . Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification.
