Reflection Process: To begin, it may help for you to brainstorm and make a list of the 10 words or phrases. I want you to primarily focus on your character features, however, you may write about a few physical features as they pertain to your sense of self. I will be the only person viewing this information. This paper requires you to take an HONEST look at yourself. Remember, everyone has their good and bad, positive and negative – you are wholly beautiful. It is essential for you to take a look at yourself in order to help you better understand your communication style and how you relate to others. Additionally, it is only when we examine ourselves truthfully that we gain a better understanding of our humanness and capacity to grow.

Paper Specifications: Describe the 10 character/physical features first, in paragraph format, and then use the last paragraph(s) to explain what you learned about yourself through the discovery process. This paper should be 3-5 pages in length and include a separate title page with name, course, and date. Use size 12pt, Times New Roman font, and double space.
