CMGTCB/575: CIS Project Management Course Information Description This course addresses the processes and skills needed for successful project management in the computer information systems and technology environment of business. Topics include project scoping, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, tracking, and controlling.

By analyzing Agile project management principles and techniques, you will be able to assess and apply Agile project management in real- world situations and will be able to explain why the Agile project management philosophy is essential for an IT leader to understand.
Competency 1 – Apply the 12 principles of Agile that influence project management, including the use of estimating and planning tools and change and risk- management control techniques.
Learning Objective 1 – Apply the 12 principles of the Agile manifesto.
Learning Objective 2 –Outline the philosophies of Agile framework

By researching and analyzing various conflict resolution strategies, you will be able to better help employees respond to conflicts and help employees create a plan for working together as a tight- knit group.
