CMGTCB/558: Strategic Management of Technological Innovation Course Information Description This course covers the subject of technological innovation management as a strategic process, from assessing competitive dynamics and strategy formulation to strategy implementation with an eye toward new product development. Students are given opportunities to use critical and design thinking to solve real-world challenges, such as skill shortages, technical debt, and DevOps.
