CMGTCB/555: Systems Analysis and Development Course Information Description This course focuses on the managerial level of knowledge and terminology for telecommunications and computer networks. This course covers the concepts and application of the Internet, server and storage architectures, and regulatory considerations.

Competency 1 – Competency Assessment

You will define project requirements and apply them either to a Waterfall or Agile SDLC. As part of the project, you’ll also create a multimedia-rich presentation that identifies and explains the proposed design of a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

You’ll also create a client- facing, multimedia-rich presentation outlining and analyzing the future impact of the new software application on a fictional company.
