Project Justification:

This project has been initiated so that Global Treps can provide assitance to companies by creating websites. So that these companies can create, manage, and plan events easily with their website.

Product Characteristics and Requirements:

1. Requirements will be based on interviews, team discussions, and pricing. This will also be documented.

1. Forums – enable ability to accept new ideas from visitors to the website.

1. Allow different groups to create their own site to request local participants.

1. Accept donations from possible investors.

Product User Acceptance Criteria:

As a company I want create my own website so that my company can plan Shark-Tank-like events.

Summary of Project Deliverables

Project management-related deliverables: business case, charter, team contract, scope statement, WBS, schedule, cost baseline, status reports, final project presentation, final project report, lessons-learned report, and any other documents required to manage the project.

Product-related deliverables: research reports, design documents, software code, hardware, etc.

1. Performance reports that show current status, forecasted project completion and other information that can be presented to stakeholders.

1. Structural documents that include main features as well as how to manage and operate general operations.

1. Scheduled meetings will be planned accordingly to discuss the current state of the project and issues. These meeting will be in conjunction with some of these report

1. The time sheet report will consist of team member assignments, hourly rates, and resources.
