Select a keyword that has emerged for you in the course and discuss it through the perspective of at least 3 course readings (that is, assigned articles or documentaries). You can bring in examples from the media and world around you. Your paper should be 5-7 pages. Please include a properly formatted works cited page (this does not count toward your page count).

Your paper should have an introduction, thesis statement, and body paragraphs that have well-integrated textual evidence (e.g., quotations, references to key scenes or details in your object of analysis, etc.). Please make sure that your papers are double-spaced, your margins are 1” all around, and your font is in Times New Roman size 12. Papers must have a title. You must submit your paper in .doc or .docx format. Please use MLA format and include a works cited page and properly use in-text citation (note: the works cited page does not count toward your page count).

Improperly formatted papers (including papers submitted as PDFs, papers missing titles, and papers missing a works cited page) will receive a grade deduction of one step per infraction.
