CLOSEOUT CHECKLIST EXERCISE

Instructions: This exercise will require you to complete a project closeout checklist for your Week 2 Business Case project. Copy and Paste your Business Case. Then create a project closeout checklist which identifies at least three items from each of your six (6) Key Deliverables. This will be a checklist of at least eighteen (18) items. Ensure that your checklist items are specific to provide clear understanding to the checklist user. The form of the checklist is entirely up to you but an example is available on page 502 of the Kloppenborg text (Exhibit 15.1).

Elevator Pitch (100 words exactly):

Tesla company took a step higher to come up with electric vehicles. They wanted to bring something different to the industry and ensure that people experience something new in their lives. The company started this project in 2008 in Fremont, California. The cost of manufacturing the car is $28000 whereby the size of the of the project will have a front rear output of 615Kw. The battery of the car will have a capacity of 100kWh of lithium ion. One of the key things with the project is that it will cost one, at least one hour to supercharge the car.
