Homework

 homework is due at the beginning of class  take homework deadlines seriously  in the interest of fairness, we have adopted the

following lateness policy:  Late homework will be accepted until one week after the

due date. However, the maximum score is the 90% of the average score.

 No credit if your assignment is more than one week late.

Computer Usage

 Students will use computer to do homework  All the homework must be submitted to

Blackboard and prepared with Word.

 You are responsible for:  Assigned readings  Material covered in lectures  Homework  Mid-term exam  Final

Attendance

 you are required to attend class regularly  skip class at your own risk  Student can’t sign the attendance sheet

after 20 minutes late.  minimum attendance rate is 60%  as noted, students are responsible for

staying informed regarding due dates and changes to the class schedule

Quiz and Exam

 the quiz will be held before the mid term exam

 the quiz doesn't count toward the final grade

 so making a mistake on a quiz is much less costly to you than making a similar mistake on an exam
