Conflicts are normal in the current business environment and it isn't often feasible to prevent the conflicts whether with the members of the team even with the leadership. Yet conflict leadership is the art and workers must recognize how to deal effectively with conflict in organizations to escape future obstacles. In its in-house meta-analysis, three key dispute causes for groups are identified: conflicts of tasks, partnerships, conflicts in procedures. 

Conflict of tasks

The mission conflict, as its title suggests, centres from around basic task assigned to a group. This type of conflict is caused mostly by discrepancies also in thoughts and perspectives on the manage or work and also by conflicts as to whether the task should be done.

Conflict of relationships

The interactions among team members are at risk in a conflict of relationships (Nauta, 2011). Therefore, conflicts of relationships include discrepancies of interests, personal, behavioural styles and behaviours.

Process conflict

 Process or deal with conflict is associated with the work delegation and also the method through which group challenges are solved, i.e. the coordination of project success. A recent disagreement in my group was attributed to interdependence and coordination between departments (Nauta, 2011). There has been a disagreement at my office where various organizations do not always agree on the right design created by them. Each group developed a solution so only one can be selected. A disagreement has started between groups, on which the best approach is architecture. Each design does have its own benefits and constraints and the members of the team have begun resisting their counterparts' designs. Competitiveness group reliability is the key causes of disagreement. Conflicts in the group could be mitigated by developing and supporting team members to participate, help them to understand out each other's fears and requirements. Another way of improving conflict performance is to try to implement methods that help groups solve minor problems among oneself without negatively impacting the work being done.

Team creativity

The three methods of creativity are lack of originality, versatility and complexity. Fluency is that everything about the many of concepts (Pengfei Rong et al., 2019). Flexibility has something to do with classifications, which mean various ways to solve a problem. Originality is a comparable metric defining a concept as fresh and unique.

I strive to be special according to originality. I wouldn't want to imitate but benefit from the concepts and errors of others. And when it becomes to changes, I try to be flexible like research new technologies but rather starting to work with new persons or even groups and in new surroundings. I'm trying to be proficient as I try to contribute various solutions and choose the strongest way to solve problems. I still believe I would study a lot to improve myself (Pengfei Rong et al., 2019). Learning from others reading many books is the safest approach. This allows us acquiring more knowledge that helps to make informed choices and learn. And requesting someone to evaluate our results will also allow us to appreciate and reflect on our mistakes and shortcomings.

Group innovation is crucial for increased efficiency and overall work success.  Continuous learning can improve creativity at an individual level and try to translate knowledge into real life. A few other strategies could even help to increase creativity and enforce it, including learning via cooperation, work environment positivity, response reception, practising, etc. While collaborating for and gaining from others, innovation can be significantly increased. Good outcome and in positive mind when carrying out a task could really help entire the task from a special attitude and approach. Acknowledging negative reviews or critique often makes people determine how they do problems and may make them question their way of doing things.  Practising eventually often lets someone understand a new subject which may contribute to improving imagination.

Group personality is the by and large clear methodology, the demeanour towards work and the holding of the group. Group personality aggregates up the character and identity of the group. Conflict within Teams

           Team conflicts emerge due to disaccords between team members over their views, opinions, goals, requirements, and proceedings. One of the most common causes of team conflict that I have been a part of was due to differing personalities. Conflicts caused by diversified personalities are common at workplaces as employees and team members come from varied cultural and educational backgrounds. Team members find it challenging to work with their co-workers when there is no synergy between their personalities. Conflicts that arise between team members should be addressed immediately to foster mutual understanding to collaborate to realize the team goals. The team leaders should be equipped with the leadership skill to resolve conflicts that arise between team members. Having team leaders with the capability to identify conflicts, recognize the difference, and quickly determine robust solutions are vital for a business organization (Fui & Hassan, 2015). 

           Addressing personality conflicts is very vital as they are the most widely disclosed issues in workplaces. Most of the time, these conflicts are unsettled as employees tend to focus more on personalities and not on the actual problem. Upon escalation, these conflicts develop a toxic work culture and environment. During personality conflicts, both parties will be responsible for escalating the issues (Fui & Hassan, 2015). Personality conflicts can tear up teams, damage morale and team members’ quality of life. It might be difficult to alter a team member's personality, but the team members can handle their emotions and how they respond to the activities of other team members. 

           Personality conflicts are bound to arise in workplaces. Team leaders and managers can proactively handle such conflicts by developing strategies to guide them on how to solve such situations to decrease stress levels and enhance relationships. Team members should be given training on how to react and manage their emotions in case of a toxic situation (Fui & Hassan, 2015). They should try avoiding the conflicting issue with their co-workers who would then have to take sides, making the issue much bigger than it is supposed to be. Team members should refrain from reacting negatively to the actions of a person who is irking them. One of the vital things that a team member should realize is what role they played in escalating the situation, which will help them reassess the situation and their wrongdoings to rectify their mistakes. 

Creativity in Teams

           Creativity and innovativeness ensure that team members can develop feasible ideas and solutions to realize collective goals. Creativity ensures gathering knowledge from varied areas, from individuals of varied backgrounds (Ritter & Mostert, 2017). Team members should be encouraged to be creative as it will motivate them to create ideas and plausible solutions that solve issues quickly. One of the indices of creativity that I possess is utilizing technology for fostering new ideas. Using new technology would require me to be very tolerant as I have to learn how to utilize them. An individual should be highly talented to come up with new and innovative ideas and thoughts, which I believe I possess. Only when individuals are talented at using new technology with tolerance can one foster creative ideas. 

           Creativity is like a muscle; it can be expanded, stretched, and built as one desires. Individuals can learn new ways to become creative, which will be very useful when engaging in team activities. I am enhancing my creativity by working collaboratively with my co-workers and team members. Through collaboration, I can learn from others, which will help me enhance my creativity. When individuals tend to work on tasks they love, they will put in more effort to realize their goals (Cai et al., 2020). It is believed that love and creativity are interlaced, and if I feel relaxed and stress-free from listening to music, which is one of my favorite hobbies, I would be able to boost my creativity. Another strategy that I believe will help me enhance my creative skills is to ask for feedback and suggestions from others so that I will be able to identify my mistakes and correct them. Moreover, sometimes individuals might be close to identifying the solution but will be struck somewhere, making it difficult for them to develop a solution individually. In such a scenario, if they take advice from their colleagues and co-workers, they will be able to develop trust and receive others' input to find feasible solutions easily. Others' advice might not be useful all the time, but their ideas will spark new ideas in the individuals, which will help them find the desired solution and enhance their creative thinking (Paulus et al., 2012).
