Change is one of the permanent things, and we cannot avoid them. Different organizations usually prepare differently towards change. The best option to deal with change is to respond to it and avoid reacting to change. That is because responding to change is away or dealing with it with a positive attitude, which results in positive outcomes. To me, I prefer to take every step of change with a positive attitude and have patience in making my decision because I prefer making the right decision once rather than changing my plans later. But if something gives out the outcome, which was not my expectations, I am always ready to fix it effectively (Gallagher, P2019).
To me, change is significant, thus like clear answers regarding any change for me to make the right decision and avoid time and resource wastage. Since change can be very challenging, I tent to take my time to and plan to try to set my own weakens which may occur and then preparing for different solutions early enough so that I can avoid delays in the future. I usually focus on dealing with any possible failure, which may be bought up by change so that I can deal with it effectively and in a straightforward manner.
I also prefer the use of creativity and innovation when dealing with various changes so that I can help myself and other personals. I always focus on strengthening my weakness for me to be stable in areas I am not better in. I always put more effort into areas where they seem to fail so that I can balance everything, but I usually do not expect much from anyone. Instead, I prefer working smart on my own rather than depending on anyone to do it for me (Martes, 2013).
