Ref: REQUEST FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE REFUND

Dear Sir,

I am writing to request a refund of the price difference for the blender that I bought from your store. As per your clause on the best price guarantee, you have provided an offer of refunding your customer in the case that the product purchased by your customer is found to be sold at a lower price by another seller within 30 days. After buying the blender from your store, I have come across an advert for the same blender in a newspaper. The paper is The Dallas Morning News, of 16th Jan 2021. Page 23, there is an advert which reads, "8 liters blender available at an affordable price, only $47 dollars, order yours today, free delivery." The advert is available in the newspaper for your reference. I am therefore humbly requesting a refund of $13 from you according to your provision on this.
