Real time dashboard track corporate metrics such as critical success factors and key performance indicators and include advanced capabilities such as interactive controls, allowing users to manipulated data for analysis [1].It’s hard to drive effectively and make a decision when you have to rely on a technical specialist to create and edit a reports. By using a report you don’t have a full description of data or you cant see all the data also your inter department should have to exchange the reports to collaborate each other’s while dashboard allow all the organization same data at any time anywhere.

· What are the most important parts of this dashboard? The most important aspect of a dashboard is the part that receives the least attention: the underlying data. The data will make or break a dashboard more than any other aspect. Once you have the data portion of your dashboard covered, the next step is the presentation. This points down to three crucial parts: actionable metrics, organization, and customization. Actionable metrics are those that help you make a decision. Generally, issues with the organization of the dashboard typically emerge from dashboards that attempt to do too much. They're trying to include too many or too many software functions. They're trying to fit as much data on the screen as possible. This negates dashboards' power: simplicity. Now, what if you need more data than one screen would fit? Use a tabbed dashboard in those cases. A tabbed dashboard helps you to split various categories of data into separate tabs. It allows you to create structured dashboards that will not annoy users. With dashboards, one size doesn’t fit all. Different users want to see different data. Or, they may want to see the same data, but organized differently. A modern dashboard must include customization options. The final aspect of an effective dashboard is delivery. Your dashboard's "delivery" feature is largely dependent on your company and the goals of your dashboard.

· How do these parts help the business managers? How do they help the individual contributors? Such pieces help business managers because they provide a summary status that demonstrates where things stand in general, which opens the door for changes within the organization. This allows business managers to be supported because it offers a simple problem diagnosis. The presentation of the data must point directly to the probable source of the problem.

· Have real-time dashboards replaced the traditional business report? Justify your answer. Real-time dashboards have, in my opinion, definitely replaced the traditional business report because traditional business reports are text-based, while dashboards are visual. It is easier to consume information in a dashboard than a report because we understand information presented to us faster and easier through visuals than through a text page. Additionally, dashboards are very useful since they can be accessed without limitation to time or location and also on different electronic devices.
