Human services addresses problems in living, with a focus on both the individual or group and the situation or event.

Some of the biggest problems that human service/social workers face today are 1) Children of Alcohol/Drug Dependent Parents 2) Opioid Addiction 3) Homelessness and 4) Suicide Prevention for Children/Adolescents.
