· Used information and feedback from Assignment 2 to analyze who are your target candidate and what process will you use for hiring for this position.

· Internal or external recruitment (or combination) and why? What methods for recruitment will you use and where specifically will you advertise? Stating the internet will receive a zero…specific sites/physical locations and why you think they are appropriate for the position

· Create an ad for your position – identify which recruitment source it will be posted on

· Ad follows AIDA principles outlined in text

· Clear and comprehensive selection process outlined – listed and defined steps in selecting a candidate for this position (using course content)

· Pre-screening chart is customized to the position, clear and easy to understand how a position is screened in/out, corrected and appropriate KSA’s from Assignment 2 are used

· Type of interview is clearly described

· Provided three example questions in your own words and based on best practices in HR

· Created specific and detailed criteria for evaluating candidates’ responses to each of the questions. Should provide scoring system for a zero answer, a 5/10 and a 10/10 response and the criteria for reaching each score

· Describe an appropriate pre-employment test that would be valid for the position you are hiring for and how it would be scored– ensure it is inline with best practice HR

· Researched a minimum of three sources of information to gather so I can fill-in and add to the job description template
