GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

You are required to write a research paper on gas chromatography (GC). The outline of which should include the following:

· An introduction on chromatography

· Principles of separation

· Types of columns

· Resolution

· Detection methods

· Applications

Review materials related to your topic from as many sources as possible e.g. Textbooks, Scientific Journals, Monographs, and the internet. However, the references you use must be properly cited in the paper. Use APA format for your paper. You may submit a draft for review at any time before the Spring Break.

The finished paper should contain about 10-12 pages, including any diagrams, and must be typed double space. The cover page should contain the following:

· Topic title

· Course name

· Course index number

· Student name

· Instructor name

· Semester
