Dear dr. Ulas,

As you know my group members and I working in a project. And we trying to do our best to finish it.

However, before we start doing our project, we discussed about having a meeting one day a week and managing our time for this. So, every meeting one of the group members doesn’t show up and she doesn’t care about the project. She said that working on the project in WhatsApp is enough!

So, my group member and I discuss about this problem and how can we solve it. And, how can we handle it without making the problem getting bigger.

So we decided to go discuss with the girl quietly to solve the problem and try to convince her to come to the meeting because this is better for her and also us, and this makes the project better and successful and this is best for everyone.

After a long discussion and we advised the girl she began to understand the mistake that she does. And she has apologized to us.

And at the end, if any other problem happens and we couldn’t solve it we will inform you.
