Our class is watching the PBS Frontline Documentary--Poor kids. The film spent months in 2012, following four young children as their families struggled with their incomes. The 2017 version revisits these families to see how their lives are in 2017.

You can find this documentary on YouTube. It is called Poor Kids.

Poor Kids seems to show that poverty in the United States can impacts many areas of a persons life. These children are all too aware that their families financial situations.

1. Over all how do think the families situations impacts the children/teens?
