Journal 4 Assignment
What did you really do with your time?
Time Matrix® Quadrants
Select a class day:
Use this table for keeping a log of things you do (planned and unplanned) on the date you select. Account for every hour of time from when you wake to when you go to sleep.
Now determine whether each item in your day was a Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4 activity. Write that activity in the correct column. You may place more than one activity in each hour (maybe ate dinner and watched a show at the same time). In this case, the food you ate might be placed in a different quadrant than the show. Be reasonably specific, such as “Ate breakfast,” but it is unnecessary to say you had scrambled eggs.
At the bottom of each column, calculate the time spent in each quadrant.
