           EParticipation is a new model of simulation exercise for leadership development and practice that will help us learn and practice leadership skills. In some cases, it will even help us become an effective leader and mentor for others to gain the knowledge we require to be successful. eParticipation, Simulation Exercise, and Leadership Training in Nigeria is a program within the non-profit community. It creates a framework for the growth of youth leaders in Nigeria. With the majority of kids in school in Nigeria who are neither educated nor capable of working independently, youth leaders need a learning tool that will develop skills that will make them better leaders in the workplace, schools, and communities. EParticipation and Simulation exercise has developed in the context of a framework of Intercultural Programmes that aims to produce positive socio-economic outcomes for the residents of different ethnic groups through challenging multicultural values. As part of the process, we explore infrastructure development issues as one way of building bridges in the community. We explore how changes in socio-economic policies and practices are critical in making these bridges open to the community and between the community and the State (Porwol, Ojo & Breslin, 2018).

           EParticipation, Simulation Exercise, and Leadership Training are an internationally recognized, accredited, and registered training program for motivating and leading staff in a leading industry in Nigeria. ESE is the registered brand of ESE Leadership Training and Development. A simulation exercise is a practice of performing exercises in simulated conditions on a computer to test ideas and skills. It also helps us to identify problems or errors in training. The goal is to be able to use the exercises to test ideas. As we do exercises, it will help us test ideas and improve skills. It is an effective form of self-referential training because it builds skills and helps to be able to perform better in future exercises. It designed to promote a broader and more meaningful connection between business, students, and communities. eParticipation has implemented (based on demand) programs that help youth build business skills and realize their ambitions. ENRSA aims to strengthen leadership through leadership training programs that teach business, youth, and politicians the essentials of leadership through e-learning modules. Enriqueta has provided leadership training courses, and project management course to better contribute to Nigeria's development, leveraging on successful instances in Nigeria and abroad (Wirtz, Daiser & Binkowska, 2018).
