Furthermore, Obama reveals how this move failed the right and obligations of African Americans as US citizens. According to his speech, this leader believes that race is an issue that the nation could not afford to ignore at the moment. This rendered rural communities to stay in poverty. He urged people to unite and solve challenges such as education, healthcare and most important end racism to improve on the welfare of each American.
