Employees will feel engaged. Employees will not feel burned out and will perform better. Having teams will breakout the work and will get done quicker and more efficiently.

It is a statement describing the organization or functional team’s purpose, or the reason for its existence. The purpose of an organization reflects a desired position in the marketplace.
