Your supervisee Maritsa is a licensed clinical social worker who has been with the agency for 5 years. She was born in the United States and is of Haitian descent. Maritsa specializes in working with children and is bilingual in Haitian Creole. Maritsa approached you to discuss her caseload, which she states is higher than other social workers at the agency due to an increasing number of Haitian Creole speaking clients.
