|
Core has been the focal point with the success of bill entry. Human error are account for daily and the operation department has to go through all bills and correct the error. This increase time it takes to pay invoices and currencies are incorrect. Automation is needed along with detected the correct currency (JPY, USD, ETC)

There would be UAT (User acceptance Training) prior to launch to eliminate any risk associate with the go live date.

Users will be available or UAT. Business analyst will deliver finds on a weekly basis.

|
As of now resources are effecting the outcome of this project. Senior resources need to be hired because of the amount of time to complete.

Because of the go live date a year from now. We need to act fast and efficient. Project cannot stand without deliverance from each team.
