Management is the attainment of organization goals in an effective and efficient manner through planning, organizing, leading and controlling organizational resources, Daft and Marcic, 2010, p. 5

Teaching Philosophy

I believe that we all learn through a variety of teaching styles. Thus, in my classes learning will take place through critical thinking, case analyses, lectures, team/group exercises and engagement.

I also believe in excellence and expect you to be prepared. I in return will give my best and be prepared. In all of my classes we will respect one another.
