The Assignment

The student will select and critically review a case from one of the chapters covered in this module.  The paper is to be between 4 pages. Students should pay particular attention to the identification of the premise and supporting points of the case, a synthesis of the information from the case, and a critical application of the premise(s) and supporting points from the case to an issue the legal system faces.  The paper must follow current APA guidelines.
