Recommendation (Complete Week 1)

After reviewing the case study and its presented evidence, I feel the best recommendation for Catarina is OPTION A, OPTION B, OPTION C, OR OPTION D. RESTATE THE DECISION HERE. The factors that influenced my recommend for the Catarina include, the critical periods of development for the embryo and fetus, the importance of diet and exercise during pregnancy, the effects of alcohol and smoke on the development of the fetus and the risks and benefits of antidepressants.

Consider the fetus’s development when assessing the risks and benefits of Catarina remaining on antidepressants during her pregnancy. Then, pick a quote from the Consult the Research section and explain why that quote is important or how her antidepressant dosage could affect her mental state of the baby’s development.
