Case Study:

From chapter 2, please read the  case study 2.1  Choosing a New Director of Research and answer the following 3 questions:

1) According to trait theory (Use tables 2.1, 2.2 for help) who do you think would be the best choice for the position and why?

2) According to your personal beliefs on leadership, who would you hire and why?

3) What are the strengths and weaknesses of hiring people solely based on their leadership traits?

This case study should be 150-300 words.
